Vacuum weekly with the beater bar off; sweep gently across carved ripples. Rotate every six months to balance traffic and light. Blot spills immediately with a white cloth; use a pH-neutral wool detergent if needed. Professional wash by an IICRC-certified specialist every 12–18 months. Pair with a natural-rubber rug pad and avoid prolonged direct sunlight or damp floors.

Once you approve the strike-off, weaving and finishing take ≈ 6 – 12 weeks, depending on the size. We’ll email progress updates at loom-start, wash/finishing, and final quality check.

Every Sova rug is hand-knotted exclusively for you, so all sales are final. Before we ship, you’ll receive high-resolution photos (and a short video inspection on request) to sign off on colour, carving, and overall craftsmanship. If the rug is damaged in transit, email photos within 48 hours and we’ll arrange repair or replacement at our cost.
